Why are evictions so hard??!
Unfortunately in the state of Oregon, it is far more difficult now than it ever has been. Chapter 90 of Oregon law explains there are 15 different unique notices to initiate an eviction, followed by an FED form, a hearing, and sometime a trial. Oregon is one of the hardest states to be a landlord in because of the difficulty of this process.
How much do you cost?
We charge a flat fee per household, depending on your area in Oregon. The fee ranges from $500-$900. The fee includes serving the notice, filing, and all court appearances. In other words, it’s all-inclusive with no hidden fees. The only additional cost is filing fees charged by the court which is ~$140 per notice.
What exactly is included in your service?
Serving papers, filing forms, appearing in court, handling negotiations, meeting with local law enforcement to enforce actions, and anything else related to the eviction.
What if it doesn’t work??!
Then it’s free! We have yet to give up and walk away from a case, but if we do our service fee won’t be charged.
How long will it take?
This varies on the situation, the type of notice, and what can be negotiated with the tenant. In general, the average eviction process in Oregon if done correctly takes 30-60 days.
